The villa is designed to accommodate up to 14 guests, with an option to increase capacity to 20.

10% discount for bookings of three days or more.

Base price for up to 6 people:

8,000 ILS on weekdays.

9,000 ILS on weekends and holidays (excluding Passover).

During Passover Chol Hamoed, the base price is 9,000 ILS.

For each additional person beyond 6 guests, there is an extra charge of 500 ILS per day.

Infants are not included in the price.

Extras:

Cleaning fee: 800 ILS.

Check-in time: 16:00

Check-out time: 10:00

Option: Separate suite for couples

Suitable for hosting up to a couple + 2 children or 3 adults.

Price: 2,500 ILS for a couple.

1. It is not permitted to bring and use karaoke equipment outside the villa (we have a spacious entertainment area inside the villa for these purposes to avoid disturbing the neighbors).
2. The villa owners or their representatives are allowed to visit the villa and inspect its condition with prior coordination.
3. A security check and deposit must be provided (see the villa's rules here).
