I am delighted to host you and assure you that your stay at the villa will be comfortable and fun.

Please sign this document that clarifies some important things needed to keep your stay enjoyable and safe:
1. Smoking inside the villa is prohibited.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Please park in the designated area and not in front of the neighbor's house.
4. Please notify me in advance of any additional guests !!!!
5. Furniture and sculpture should not be moved.
6. Do not remove pillows or furniture of any kind outside the home.
7. Do not mount shoes on furniture and carpets.
8. Please only eat in the dining room and kitchen area.
9. Turn off all lights before going to bed and when not in use.
10. Turn off the air conditioner when not in use.
11. Please do not eat, drink, or sit on the pool table.
12. Please do not sit on furniture that is not intended for seating (such as tables, dressers, marble and kitchen island, etc ...)
13. Do not throw away hygiene products or wet wipes for the toilet.
14. Keep the gates and doors closed at all times due to strong winds.
15. Indoors only cozy in slippers !!!!
16. Do not use it with detergents such as bleach to wash the marble floor.
17. Do not host noisy parties in the yard such as music and screams.

1. No lifeguard in the pool. Swimming is the responsibility of the bathers only.
2. Children may swim or play in the pool only under adult supervision. Children should be constantly monitored.
3. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
4. Do not run in the pool area and on a wet marble floor!
5. Do not jump into the pool water from the clamp or porch.
6. Please keep the pool area and water clean and tidy.
7. Care should be taken to completely remove the covers before using the pool or hot tub.
8. Please do not leave towels on the floor.
9. Please take a shower before using the hot tub.
10. The use of the hot tub is for a maximum of 6 people at a time.
11. Please do not leave the hot tub open.
